Project Description
This Raintree Green exterior repaint was completed by CYR Painting Service for a 3,684-square-foot home in Portland, ME. The 44-day project involved a full exterior color change using three Benjamin Moore colors across the main body, lower body and brick, and trim.
The main body was painted with Benjamin Moore Element Guard in Raintree Green 1496. The lower body and brick received Benjamin Moore Aura Exterior Soft Gloss in Mopboard Black CW-680, while the trim was finished in Spring in Aspen 954.
The full exterior house painting project gave the home a new three-color exterior with clear separation between the main body, darker lower sections, and lighter trim.
Background/Story
This project focused on changing the exterior color scheme across the full home rather than refreshing the existing colors. Three distinct colors were selected to define the main body, lower exterior areas, brick, and trim.
The larger 3,684-square-foot exterior required an extended production schedule, with the full repaint completed over 44 days.

Results
The finished exterior now uses Raintree Green as the main body color, with Mopboard Black adding darker contrast along the lower body and brick. Spring in Aspen provides a lighter trim color around the home.
The three-color combination gave the property a complete exterior color change while keeping each architectural section clearly defined. The project was completed within the planned 44-day schedule.
