This interior painting project took us to a charming four-bedroom home in Falmouth, Maine. The homeowners had just moved in and wanted a complete refresh before fully settling in. The home had good bones, a thoughtful layout, and beautiful natural light—but the dated wall colors and aging trim didn’t do it justice.
We were brought in to complete a full interior repaint, including ceilings, walls, doors, trim, millwork, and even the central staircase. The job spanned the entire home and took about two weeks from start to finish. As always, pricing varies based on square footage, prep needs, and detail work, but we provided the clients with a custom estimate after an in-home consultation.
Our mission was to give this space a lighter, cleaner, more timeless look—and to make sure every room felt fresh, updated, and uniquely theirs.
Background/Story:
The homeowners were a young family with a strong vision. They had recently purchased this house and were eager to make it feel like home—but the existing paint made things feel dark, dated, and too formal.
They told us they wanted something bright and calming, without feeling sterile. Warm whites, soft tones, and a finish that could stand up to everyday life with kids and pets. They were especially unsure about the trim color—it needed to be clean, but not too stark.
