North Yarmouth Symmetry Interior Repaint

Project Description

This North Yarmouth Symmetry interior repaint was completed by CYR Painting Service for a 2,105-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bath home in North Yarmouth, ME. The four-day project focused exclusively on repainting the interior walls throughout the home.

Sherwin-Williams Emerald Symmetry Interior Acrylic was used in six colors: Silver Strand, Touch of Gray, Gossamer Veil, Fabulous Grape, City Loft, and Rarified Air.

The full interior house painting project used a multi-color wall plan to give different areas of the home their own finish while keeping the scope limited to wall surfaces.

Background/Story

This project called for a full wall repaint across a 2,105-square-foot home rather than a single-color interior update. Six Sherwin-Williams colors were selected to create variation between the different living spaces.

Because ceilings, trim, and doors were not part of the project, the team could keep the work focused on the wall surfaces throughout the two-bedroom, two-bath home.

Scope of Services

Full Interior Wall Repaint: Wall surfaces throughout the 2,105-square-foot home were included in the project.
Bedroom Wall Painting: Walls in both bedrooms were repainted as part of the full interior scope.
Bathroom Wall Painting: Wall surfaces in both bathrooms were included.
Living Area Wall Painting: Remaining wall surfaces throughout the home received new finishes.
Multi-Color Application: Six Sherwin-Williams colors were used across the included rooms.
Walls-Only Scope: The project did not include ceilings, trim, or doors.
Project Completion: The full wall repaint was completed in four days.

Results

The completed interior now uses six wall colors across the home instead of relying on one finish throughout. This gave the bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared living areas more individual definition while keeping the painting scope focused.

All included wall surfaces were completed within the planned four-day schedule.
